We are excited to announce our February initiative: BLACK HISTORY BOOK DRIVE. For the entire month, we will be collecting and donating books written by African American authors to local schools, Salvation Army locations, libraries, and more.

African American authors bring a unique and vital perspective to literature, enriching our understanding of diverse experiences, histories, and cultures. Their stories inspire, educate, and foster empathy, helping to build stronger, more inclusive communities. By sharing these voices, we ensure that future generations are exposed to a rich tapestry of narratives that reflect the true diversity of our society.

We urge you to participate in this initiative by donating books or contributing financially to support our efforts. Your donations will help us provide valuable resources to those who may not have access to them otherwise.

How to Participate:

  1. Donate Books: Drop off new or gently used books by African American authors to any Soaring Sister of Theta Mu Zeta Sorority Inc.

  2. Monetary Contributions: Financial donations are also welcome and will be used to purchase additional books.

Together, let's make a difference and celebrate the incredible contributions of African American authors. Your support is essential in helping us achieve our goal and make a lasting impact on our community.

Thank you for your generosity and commitment to promoting diversity and education.
